A Burgundy wine vacation shaped around your journey from the United States
Plan my Burgundy wine vacationPrivate & bespoke wine tours since 1999Make Burgundy a considered part of your France vacation. With Bourgogne Gold Tour, a private wine tour becomes an opportunity to understand the places behind the bottles, ask your own questions and spend time with the region at a pace that suits you.
Fit the wine tour into your France itinerary
Start with the days you can spend in Burgundy, rather than a list of estates to rush through. One day can introduce the region; two or three days give you space to explore different wine areas and enjoy Beaune between excursions.
If your trip includes Paris, confirm your arrival in Beaune or Dijon before fixing the first tasting. A pickup in Burgundy and a transfer from Paris are different arrangements. Share your hotel, luggage needs and onward plans so the proposal can account for them.
Choose the depth of your tasting experience
Tell us whether this is your first encounter with Burgundy or a return visit focused on particular appellations. A program can explore both red and white wines, or give more attention to the styles and classifications that interest you.
For collectors, the useful starting point is a tasting brief: preferred appellations, vintages of interest and budget. A famous vineyard stop does not automatically include access to its estate or a bottle of its wine. Confirm the proposed selection before reserving.
Bring home knowledge as well as memories
Ask about label reading, serving wine and the relationship between a site and the wine in your glass. If you would like to purchase bottles, discuss shipping to your exact address separately: destination eligibility, charges and delivery conditions require confirmation.
The private format is also useful for couples, friends or a Wine Club traveling together. You can explain what each guest hopes to learn and build a shared experience without having to follow an unrelated group itinerary.
Yes. French and English guiding are listed among Bourgogne Gold Tour’s services. Confirm the guide and arrangements for your chosen date.
They should only be treated as included when explicitly stated in your proposal. Discuss accommodation advice or concierge needs separately from the wine tour.
Ask which currency is used for the quote and payment. This page does not establish a dollar price or a conversion rate.
